Processing Time: All EU orders are shipped within 24–48 business hours after payment confirmation.
Courier Service: All shipments are handled via our preferred courier. Customers will receive a dispatch confirmation email containing a tracking number.
EU-Based Fulfilment: All EU orders are processed and shipped from our local warehouse, ensuring faster delivery times.
Delivery Confirmation
All deliveries are tracked. Once the courier confirms delivery, it is deemed complete. Should any discrepancies arise, we recommend contacting the courier service directly to initiate an investigation.
Forwarding and Third-Party Shipping Companies
To maintain the integrity and safety of our service, please note the following:
Final Destination Only: Customers must provide their actual delivery address. Orders are shipped in discreet packaging for privacy and security.
No Forwarding Services: Orders sent to freight forwarding or shipping companies may be subject to inspection.
Third-Party Carriers: If an order is suspected to be routed through a third-party shipping provider, we reserve the right to cancel it and may restrict future purchases from the associated customer account.
Insurance Limitations: Orders sent via forwarding addresses are not eligible for insurance coverage once delivery is confirmed by the courier.
